Ristorante Castagneto was founded in 1969 in the countryside of Montrigisaco, a small village 7 km from Arona, by lake Maggiore.
A homely and elegant atmosphere surrounds the restaurant; the long terrace permits the enjoyment of panoramic views over the hills all the way to the neighbouring Lombardy.

The family who runs the restaurant is at its fourth generation. Novarese and Verbano cuisine is blended with creativity to offer a menu that varies according to the season. The wine list boasts of over 400 labels and concentrates on the wines of the area (Colline Novaresi) as well as offering a good selection of Italian and foreign wines.
